First launched in 2016 the AWS Global Water Stewardship Forum has quickly been recognised as the ‘must attend’ event for the international water stewardship community. Offering a unique space for diverse actors to come together and engage in two days of knowledge sharing, networking and action planning, the AWS Forum enables the water stewardship community to advance impact against the five positive outcomes of the AWS Standard 2.0.
Over the last three years, the Forum has been attended by water stewardship professionals from over 25 countries, representing some of the world’s most well known brands and organisations. The multi-stakeholder nature of AWS means that all of our members have a say in developing the programme for the Forum and participants benefit from the range of views this provides.
Following our sell-out event last year, we are once again offering attendees the chance to attend dinner on the evening of Tuesday 12th November (Day 1 of the Forum). The dinner will be held on the same campus as the daytime event. Tickets for the dinner have sold out – if you would like to be added to the waiting list, please add your name via the button at the bottom of this page.
Directly before the Forum, there is an AWS Training taking place. You can find out more and book your place here.
As in previous years, the AWS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Edinburgh directly following the Forum on the 14th November 2019. All AWS Members are encouraged to attend and vote on the future evolution of AWS and the AWS Standard. Members will receive more information about the AGM in the coming months. Please ensure that you let us know if you intend to attend the AGM when you register for the Forum.
