The Water Summit, hosted by the Economist Impact, will bring together leaders from across the water industry to explore strategies to build water resilience and make water a boardroom priority at an in-person event in London.
The AWS Chief Strategy Officer will be speaking on the panel ‘Reducing water use in business operations: how can we move faster?’ alongside colleagues from GSK, UPM Communication Papers, KPMG and WaterAid. This session will answer questions, including:
- In an era of droughts, supply-chain scrutiny and growing expectations from investors and communities, what interventions really work, and what holds back progress?
- Are businesses tracking the right metrics?
- How can they balance water use with long-term sustainability goals?
- And how can public-private partnerships, data and innovation help?
