AWS Certification Requirements

Requirements for third-party conformity assessment, applicable to approved Conformity Assessment Bodies and sites seeking certification against the AWS Standard.

  • AWS Certification Requirements V4.1 will be valid until 18 August 2026
  • AWS Certification Requirements V4.2 will be valid from 19 August 2026

Please note that the AWS Certification Requirements V4.2 is not yet available in Chinese, Japanese or Spanish.

Checklist for Internal Audits – AWS Standard V2.0

This checklist can be used as evidence for internal audits of sites that are part of a Group Operation (as required from 1 April 2025).
