AWS Sector Lead Marissa Streyle will join a panel of experts at this webinar hosted by the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation (AGWA) to examine the water-resilience implications of the rapid global expansion of data centres driven by AI demand.
The session will explore the key challenges and opportunities for adopting a water-resilience-oriented approach to data centre development, with a focus on policies, practices and tools that can meet growing demand without compromising local water systems or community well-being.
Marissa will join panellists from Amazon Web Services and Xylem in a discussion moderated by AGWA’s Communications Lead, alongside a keynote from AGWA Senior Policy Advisor Josh Weinberg and closing remarks from AGWA Fellow Betsy Otto.
