World Water Week, Stockholm

World Water Week is the leading conference on global water issues, held every year since 1991. An independent and impartial non-profit event, co-created with leading organisations, World Water Week attracts a diverse mix of participants from many professional backgrounds and every corner of the world.

World Water Week 2026 will take place online and in Stockholm, Sweden, at the Stockholm Waterfront Conference Centre. This year’s theme is ‘Water for People and Progress’. The Week will work towards a more just and equitable water-secure future for all people, especially the most marginalised, against the backdrop of climate change.
