AWS Standard Version 3.0 Virtual Launch | Session 3

To introduce the AWS Standard Version 3.0, AWS held virtual launch celebrations on 25 March 2026. The sessions gave an overview of what is new in Version 3.0. Members of the AWS Technical Committee reflected on the revision process, which happens every five years through a rigorous, inclusive, transparent global consultation. AWS Member Haleon also shared their insights on implementing the Standard. The session concluded with an overview of key points in the transition from V2.0 to V3.0.
